Happiness

I memorize penning down an article about ‘Smile’ some months ago.  Reading about smile can have certain effects on the reader. They can vary from a smile emanating over your lips or keeping you wondering about why you smile.
However, some weeks before, I found myself in a complete state of joy. It was because of my examination getting over along with the other factors. The sudden happiness got me thinking about it.  Unlike the other interesting subjects of Human and Living race, this one forced me to write my thoughts mandatorily.
We can comprehend that happiness, though a part of smile, is a dissimilar concept altogether. We don’t always smile when we are happy and also not always be happy when we’re smiling. So what makes us happy? Happiness varies from individual to individual thoroughly. A rugged and fortunate person may not be happy over a new pair of shoes; however an unfortunate underprivileged person in a far-flung village may be contented for no power cut off in the village for a day.
So, what makes us happy? If we consider the biological stance, the hormones like Dopamine, Oxytocin, Endorphin, and Serotonin are triggered in our endocrine system making us cheerful.  In the pleasant situations of our life, we can feel a scuttle in our veins making us energetic. It feels like the Colors are poured in you with an unremitting fall.
We often feel elated when we have an unexpected pleasant outcome. The grin on someone’s face because of you and seeing someone you care about contented can make you sense delight.  Watching your goal accomplished can be the biggest reason for pleasure. Someone’s appreciation over your efforts can make us feel blissful. The reasons for glee are myriad but they are mostly the small things in our life that we don’t assume about.
We often take our fortune, circumstances, people and fine things for granted. Some people get happy over small things in life. They are mostly deprived of the fate like us. The fundamental hymn of happiness is respecting the small and big things we have with us alike. Life is full of ups and downs, taking risks, disappointments but, if we admire the precious people, things and ourselves in our breakdowns, life can fail in watching us sobbing.  Happiness is all about keeping the good with us and giving up the vicious things.

So the next time you walk by a noisy place in a clear morning, feel glad about the sky being clear rather than the disturbing crowd in the place. You will feel happy.
